10pm - I Scream, you Scream, we All Scream for Fight Hunger Day! It's the Mike Webb Show Conservative Ice Cream Con - We got THEM to give us expensive ice
cream -- for...er...."promotional giveaways". Yes, we will give the ice cream away, to producer Jeremy, Stacy and whoever else strolls through the KIRO hallway tonight. Oh, yeah, we'll give YOU some, too when you call in with a good con of your own. But the point is, some whacky "yankee doodle dandy, red, white and blue Ice Cream Company, just like those Deck of Death card companies has found yet another way to exploit the Iraqi invasion. And we got em back! Let's learn how to fight dirty!
We know how to CON our way into many expensive cartons of "conservative Ice Cream, (eg: Iraqi Road).
How would you counsel democrats to con their way back into the white
house
? Plus, "First Day of Summer Music Festival". Favorite summer songs all
night.

11pm - Gary Locke delivers Boeing plan today.
If it doesn't work, should we
pull a "California" on him and go for a voter recall? Is the recall
provision being misused by Republicans who are just trying to take Gray
Davis out of office?

Also, Howard Dean's son is busted for burglary. Should a politician's
personal life affect his professional reputation? Dean is putting the
campaign on hold and going back home. Is he handling this better than Bush
has handled his daughters' drug problems?

Midnight- Computer privacy. Two stories: In the UK, legislation to protect
employees' privacy online and in the US, Orrin Hatch wants to destroy
computers by "remote control" if they are suspected of file swapping.

10pm - What does it feel like to be hungry? The answers will come from a great Northwest Activist, Ruth Velozo, founder of NORTHWEST HARVEST, the current director, Shelley Rotondo and communications chief, Maria Anderson. Newsradio 710 KIRO's Fight Hunger Day is Tomorrow

11pm - Saddam - ALIVE? That's what tomorrow's New York Times says. Do you feel different about Bush's prosecution of the war now? What should be done? Will they be further deployments? And what ABOUT that death count? I have yet to hear a reliable casualty number have you?

Midnight - We'll get to that story about Billy Graham warning his followers not to "talk to the dead." Plus, his son Franklin has cancelled the "conversion mission" to Iraq. Why? Too much shootin'. I guess God told Franklin that convertin' might not be as important as bein' shot at.

MONDAY

10pm - Dori Monson joins Mike to discuss earlier comments about homeless youth "not being employable because of their hair." Am I having a Nixon Youth Flashback here?

11pm - MORE PROOF. This POTUS is goin' down down down.

Midnight - Billy Graham advises people not to "talk to the dead. Very dangerous. Very un-Christian." Eh, excuse me, who the hell is Billy and his multibillion dollar Christ-Co talkin' to (no, no, BESIDES your banker)?

Oh My Freaking God We Reamed You But Good
Halliburton's contract to restart Iraq's oil production has doubled in cost over the past month, ha ha ha oh my God isn't that just freakin' hilarious, and the no-bid work may last longer than expected, hee hee snicker. The expanded role awarded to VP and noted pasty simpering wad of bad cheese Dick Cheney's former company cost taxpayers $184.7 million as of last week, up from $76.7 million a month ago, giggle giggle oh my God they are such the evil and utterly shameless little corporate bitches I mean aren't they? I mean, did you even doubt it for a split second? Such adorably snide little war pigs. "We are proud indeed to be doing America's work in these... (hey you guys shut up I'm trying to give a press conference over here)... these troubled times," Halliburton's current bloated BushCo sycophant CEO David Lesar did not announce, rubbing himself all over in crude oil and stifling a bout of the giggles. "Unfortunately the work has proven more difficult.... (snicker hee snort STOP IT you guys! stop grabbing my ass! I'm serious!)... difficult that we expected and I'm afraid it's gonna cost you one helluva lot more....HA HA HA HA HA oh my freakin' God I'm sorry I can't help it we reamed you bastards SO GOOD oh my God Bush is the greatest we were SO RIGHT to buy his election GOD DAMN it's good to be a rich heartless CEO bastard."
